Carbon Transit service hours vary by route and service. Please review the individual Shared Ride, CT Bus, and CT Flex exact hours/days of operation, and destinations served.
Customer Service Hours
Monday through Friday — 7 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturdays — 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Sundays — 8 AM to 4:30 PM (call center only)
Office hours (Allentown and Easton): Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Carbon Transit Holiday Information
Carbon Transit will not operate on the following holidays:
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, January 19, 2026)
- Easter (Sunday, April 5, 2026)
- Memorial Day (Monday, May 25, 2026)
- Independence Day (Saturday, July 4, 2026)
- Labor Day (Monday, September 7, 2026)
- Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26, 2026)
- Christmas Day (Friday, December 25, 2026)
- New Year’s Day (Friday, January 1, 2027)
All customer service will be closed on all holidays listed above.
