JANUARY 2024 SERVICE CHANGES

Service Changes effective January 29, 2024

  • Routes 701 and 702 will have minor routing changes only.
  • Boarding at CT Transit official stops only. Flag Stops (waving buses down) will no longer be allowed.
  • Bus signage will be added to all official stops.
  • Minor Route changes in Lansford & Lehighton:
    • Lansford: Routes 701 and 702 will no longer serve Bertsch and Ridge Streets, all stops will be along Patterson St, and the bus will continue to serve Lansford Midrise & Boyer’s Food Market on every trip.

 

    • Lehighton: Buses will travel along Bridge Street in both directions between 9th Street and the Lehigh River, stops will be removed from Gnaden Huetten & Lowe’s, and stops will be added at ALDI and Lehigh Valley Hospital – Carbon.
